Ali Yusuf’s expertise lies within the criminal and immigration justice systems. Mr. Yusuf has practiced law for 24 years. Mr. Yusuf has conducted trials at both the Provincial Court level and before the BC Supreme Court. Mr. Yusuf has appeard before all levels of the Immigration Board of Canada and the Federal Court trial division on Judicial Reviews. Mr. Yusuf’s deep interest in International Law, Politics, and Human Rights allows him to bring a rare perspective to all his files. Mr. Yusuf, is also a full time instructor in the Criminology department at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
